Depends. The car has multiple engine options, I couldn't watch the video (at work) but their website says up to 1000 hp on the street blocks.

To some of the GTRs, yes. Schwartz Performance has a 1000+ hp one a couple of years ago. The fact of the matter is 661 hp is not really significantly more than you can make with a standard LS and a couple thousand dollar supercharger/turbo setup.
